To use the gauge, position it so that you are on the widest section and press down on the top of the belt, doing your best to keep the belt in a flat shape. Then slowly rotate the gauge until it gets tight enough you can not continue. Then look at which number value that is closest to the spot and you have your measurement.

We typically recommend throwing the belt away after 30 thousandths of use. With the Computech Clutch Belt Gauge you are able to get the most out of your equipment without sacrificing consistency.

Tracks can choose a ratio of locks that fit their needs and can order replacements this way as well. We do ask that when ordering you list which track you are affiliated with in the company field so we can add you to our list of participating tracks.

In order to determine drivers reaction time, we need to have a camera mounted on the wing so that we can capture the throttle flag installed on the carburetor as well as seeing the christmas tree. Our aluminum and powder coated GoPro Camera Wing Mounts are made to fit either a Mike Bos or a Halfscale style wing.

To determine the exact second the driver hits the gas, we utilize a throttle flag installed on either your 33mm or 42mm Mikuni carburetor. The flag installs on the opposite side of the throttle linkage and can also serve as a more convenient way to adjust the throttle as a tuner.

When you utilize the Jr. Practice Tree Kit, the Reaction Time Reader throttle flag and camera mount, and the RaceBase software we are able to determine the Drivers Adjusted Reaction Time. This is a value that tells us what the kids light was independent of the car and then adjusted to his practice tree. So although it may take the kid .145 to react to the third bulb and hit the gas, if a perfect light on his practice tree takes .125 then his adjust R/T that pass was a .020. This data is extremely valuable and can help ensure you make the right decisions between rounds regardless of what the driver might have done.

The R/T Reader Jr. Dragster Kit comes with a metal wing camera mount that allows you to cleanly and safely mount your GoPro on the center and top of your wing. This aluminum and powder coated mount is completely NHRA legal for junior drag racing and is available in custom powder coat colors upon special request. The Mikuni carburetor flag connects to the unused side of the carbs throttle linkage and comes with an option for the 42mm and the 33mm. These flags are solid aluminum powder coated black with a perfect target laser engraved on so you are sure to find the throttle in your video footage. The 42mm flag is also unique in the fact that it is shaped in a manner that allows us to use the flag as a throttle control on the carb itself.

The Computech Reaction Time Reader is meant to be used exclusively with the RaceBase software and although the RaceBase is integrated with our RaceAir Cloud weather station, the Cloud is not needed in order to gather this reaction time data.
