With the Computech Clutch Belt Gauge you can finally measure the engagement sweet spot of your clutch belts taper. Using calipers will never get you at the exact same point on the belt, but the Patent Pending design of the clutch belt gauge gives you a reliable and accurate measurement at the sweet spot every time.

With the Computech Clutch belt gauge, you can finally know exactly what the sweet spot of the taper measurement is. The gauge is carbon fiber infused and the scale is clearly visible on both sides of the gauge and you will see that there is a stepped taper that will step in 10 thousandths increments.

To use the gauge, position it so that you are on the widest section and press down on the top of the belt, doing your best to keep the belt in a flat shape. Then slowly rotate the gauge until it gets tight enough you can not continue. Then look at which number value that is closest to the spot and you have your measurement.

We typically recommend throwing the belt away after 30 thousandths of use. With the Computech Clutch Belt Gauge you are able to get the most out of your equipment without sacrificing consistency.

Looking for all of the great features of the Mega 475 but want a remote relay board, then the Elite 625 is perfect for you. The Elite 625 has the ability to control any of the Digital Delay V2 Dial Display boards. The ability to set your dial in at one place is a nice feature but the Mega 475 doesn’t stop there. The built in reaction time tester ensures you’re ready to race and to ensure everything is functioning properly. You can also easily control your shift point between choosing an rpm or choosing a time, and it can all be done right there in the cockpit. Combine that with all the other features like Replay Tach, Starting Line Enhancer, Throttle Stop controls and so much more.

The Elite 625 has the ability to directly control any of our V2 Dial Display Boards. Every Time you change ‘Your Dial’ on the Elite 625, your Dial Display board is automatically updated, eliminating the need to enter Your Dial a second time on another unit.

With our new ‘Set & Go’ push-button mode (which is similar to Z-Force*) the press of a button (SET) sets the Transbrake. Then the press of a separate second button (GO) starts the delay timing.

Additional options include the ability to Tap Up and Down on the same pass. The setting of the S.L.E. by the Transbrake pushbutton can also be turned off. The Replay Tach can now record up to nine passes and replay them on the screen. Both Bracket and Pro Mode both have three 4-Stage Timers and can shift up to 5 times by RPM and/or Time.

The DataMaxx Tuners Kit is a result of years of experience fine tuning not only our own race cars but plenty of our customers as well. This kit gives you what we feel is the most important aspects to turn your race car from a good one to a phenomenal one. Monitoring Engine, Driveshaft, Transbrake, Oil Pressure, Water Temp, Trans Temp, Shock Travel and then either Dual EGT probes or Dual Oxygen sensors. And with two additional channels left over, you can expand your system easily.

Engine & Driveshaft
One of the most important graphs you will look at, and one that will be used the most is the graph of the Engine and Driveshaft rpm. If there are inconsistencies in the run, this is where they will be exposed. By overlaying multiple runs you can truly see the difference changes make, or identify inconsistencies and try to improve them. There are plenty of times where the car can spin the tires at the hit and the driver not feel it, but it is noticed in the r/t and et of the run. With the ability to overlay you can make changes and then confirm you have a more consistent launch. If your transmission is not shifting into gear or your converter is wrong for your setup, you won’t be able to know for sure unless you are looking at a detailed Engine RPM graph. From launch rpm’s in footbrake cars to shift points to seeing how hard you played the finish line, the Engine and Driveshaft graph will be one of the most important and looked at.

Oil psi, Water temp & Trans temp
The first step in protecting your engine is ensuring that you have both oil psi and are not overheating the entire thing. These are the basics and seem like a no brainer but how many people with gauges know exactly how low their oil pressure gets at the top end? And you might have glanced at the water temp gauge and it was around where you want it but how high did it get waiting on the other guy to stage? You may know what the oil psi and water temp is, but you don’t have data that you can really utilize. With the oil psi sensor, not only can you make sure you have pressure at the top end but by having the data to compare easily you will realize that you can tell if your oil is getting old and thin based on the pressure. And with water and trans temp, by keeping track of the temperatures the instant of launching the car you can help identify why some runs are faster or slower, because of how hot the engine and trans is, and then Learn from it to make your program better.

Shock Travel
The difference between a good bracket car and a phenomenal one is the shock and chassis tuning. When we take the time to utilize the shock sensor data in conjunction with the driveshaft data to make adjustments, we have always made dramatic improvements to the consistency of the car. It may be slower with a certain shock setting, but if the shock data can overlay perfectly, then the your 60′ will be more consistent. If you have a scenario where the 60′ is on one of two different passes, then your chassis/shock setup is not happy and tuning this will result in a much more consistent race car.

Dual EGT or Dual Oxygen
With this kit you have the option between either dual exhaust gas temperature sensors or dual oxygen sensors. Either will do a great job of letting you know how the tune up is on either side of the engine. If you go with the EGT probes, you can easily purchase additional bungs and be able to move the sensor around until you locate the hottest cylinder. Once found, having the EGT sensor can help let you know if your problem cylinder needs to be addressed. The oxygen sensors will typically go into the collector and give you a very good overall left vs right side tuning information. In general, tuning off of the oxygen sensors has become the preferred method, however the ability to monitor certain problem cylinders has it’s advantages too. Either choice you make, you will get quality information on your lean vs rich mixture and will provide you the data you need to get your engine safe and happy.

DataMaxx Software
What is the point of having all of this data if you don’t ever use it? With the DataMaxx software program we make viewing your data as easy and user intuitive as possible. You have the ability to separate sensors into different zones so that you can highlight certain aspects and even save up to 5 custom views. The DataMaxx software will automatically zero your runs based on either transbrake or driveshaft movement and our Overlay 2 and Overlay All buttons allow you to quickly compare data at the push of a button. Made by racers for racers, the DataMaxx software allows you to Tune By Data, Not By ET Slip.

Included in DataMaxx Tuners Kit:

DataMaxx Main Module

DataMaxx Analog Expansion Module

Engine RPM

Driveshaft RPM

Transbrake

Oil psi

Water temp

Trans temp

Shock Travel 4″

Dual EGT or Dual Oxygen
