With a Dual Axis G-Meter you can see how hard the car is pulling down track and when the acceleration tapers off. This is a vital tool for setting Launch Retards and working with progressive nitrous controllers. Being able to apply power during the right time in the run can be the difference between a personal best and doing a wheel stand so bad you have to lift.
This sensor is a dual axis g-meter so it will determine g force front to back as well as side to side. To utilize both directions, you will need 2 separate analog channels, but doing so will allow you to see when the car steps out left or right by looking at the graph itself. Sometimes with the side to side g-forces, the driver can feel it but it’s not always visible when looking from behind. With this sensor you are able to see each time the car steps out left or right.
