With the Computech Clutch Belt Gauge you can finally measure the engagement sweet spot of your clutch belts taper. Using calipers will never get you at the exact same point on the belt, but the Patent Pending design of the clutch belt gauge gives you a reliable and accurate measurement at the sweet spot every time.

Description

With the Computech Clutch belt gauge, you can finally know exactly what the sweet spot of the taper measurement is. The gauge is carbon fiber infused and the scale is clearly visible on both sides of the gauge and you will see that there is a stepped taper that will step in 10 thousandths increments.

To use the gauge, position it so that you are on the widest section and press down on the top of the belt, doing your best to keep the belt in a flat shape. Then slowly rotate the gauge until it gets tight enough you can not continue. Then look at which number value that is closest to the spot and you have your measurement.

We typically recommend throwing the belt away after 30 thousandths of use. With the Computech Clutch Belt Gauge you are able to get the most out of your equipment without sacrificing consistency.
